Eat healthy foods!
If you’re really serious about the health of your teeth, you should make sure you’re staying away from too much sugar! Soft drinks, lollies, desserts and processed foods contain lots of sugar, which can be particularly bad for your gums and teeth! It’s best to stick to non-processed foods to keep not only your body healthy, but your teeth too! Dairy products, especially milk, can actually help to strengthen your teeth and keep away bacteria.
